    ok...

I'm after some Emulators for the PS2 so I can get rid of my old consoles for some money!!

What I am after are the following emulators:

    AMIGA
    MEGA DRIVE / GENESIS
    MASTER SYSTEM
    NINTENDO
    SUPER NINTENDO
    NINTENDO 64
    NEO GEO
    SPECTRUM
    COMMODORE 64

and any other ones people can think of?

Where can I download them from? I know there is the emulator and then you need the ROMS... if anyone has an idiots guide to making one then let me know!! I'm sure a few other people would be interested too!

    Thanks!

Don't know mate, wish someone would tell me!!

Also how do you create like a whole disk so that when you put it in you PS2 then all the ROMS are already on the DVD/CD??

    Cheers

Of course, I don't remember exactly is there any specific requirements for burning but check Gamebase, it's official support forum for SNES Station, PGEN and few other emulators. Just remember that anything you do, don't even think about asking about boot methods or where to get roms or you get kicked.

oh yeah,i know that i cant ask for roms.i dont need to.asking how to boot is illegal too tho?oh yeah,it uses official copywrited code or something yeah so im not surprised.

cheers romero.id just do the dvd one but i only want to play a few of my games that i have on megadrive so it'd be a waste of space.

    cheers again!

Gamebase forums have really strict rules but you will definitely find help about cd burning from there, I think that searching for old messages about that would do the thing. If you know already how to boot burned cd's it should be very easy to make one that works, how about testing with CD-RW?

By the way, I believe that PGEN cd should be burned same way like SNES Station cd so check http://snes-station.gamebase.ca/files/snes_cd_020.pdf for tutorial.

    I'm glad that I could help :)

Actually PGEN and SNES Station are "made" to run from CD, burning them succesfully into DVD was thought to be impossible for a long time before snake2 told us right way to do it and it still won't work on all PS2+mod/swapdisc combinations.

Good god!! Right ok, I'm not going to stand up and try and claim that I'm a genius on computers so I won't!!

I was wondering whether somebody would be kind enough to send on their versions of the emulators for me? In particular the Amiga one, Super Nintendo & Neo Geo. I will be more than happy to reimburse people for their time, etc... if they were willing to do this for me?

lotharvh: So you're looking for a PS2 emulator for PC? Don't bother to even try them, all of them seems to be very unstable and most of the games won't run with them.
