does anyone know what the ps 1-14 fuses ares suppose to read, have a magic v version 7,that was installed correctly and no sloop solder jobs to go about.Plugged it in and no workage.red and green light are the only light that come on,tray does not open.sumone hinted that it might be fuse ps 14,but they didnt say what it was used for.I have cheked the resistance on all ps1-14 ,but 14 gives me a reading ,which the others all read zero.I was told they were suppose to read zero?

    Anyone know anything about this?

Those fuses should ALL read zero. If you read high resistance then that fuse needs to be replaced.
