PS2 linux ?'s

    1. what does it do and whats so special about it?
    2. can i surf the internet like a computer?
    3. does it basically turn your ps2 into a computer?
    4. can it run elfs?
    5. is it any good?

    PS2 has 32 MB RAM, try running a (not so recent) distribution on a PC with the same amount of RAM to have a rough idea on how it will works. For sure you'll not find proprietary applications compiled for MIPS (instead of ia32 on PC), for example, no Adobe/Macromedia flash player and forget majority of proprietary video codecs.

    Keep in mind some distribution will not even install with less than 64 MB, running is another thing, you can go down to 24 and 16 MB IIRC...
