I backed up my ps2 linux disks, but I lost the originals ;). Now when i go to install it with cogswap, the runtime environment loads but when i go to insert disk two, it reads "invalid disk". Does anybody here know how to maybee trick the ps2 into letting me use the disk or somethingto that effect?

I'm thinking that as long as disc one loads up fine, it's not a matter of tricking it to pick up disc two. Seems like your copy of disc two was corrupted since the burning of it.

its because the PS2 checks to see if the disk is real, the game tells it to do that even if you use a swap tool
