PS2 Network Adapter + Hard Drive utilization

    Does anybody know how to utilze a standard HD with the network adapter?

    I was thinking the same thing maybe access the memory card through the NIC on the computer via the PS2 Network Adapter

    The only thing I know about the PS2 HDD is that the Japanese model is a Seagate 40Gig IDE and any games that support the HDD will likely require this specific drive. Unfortunatelly, I've come up empty with regards to finding any utility software to prep the drive for use on the PS2. I have a few import games that support the HDD and would like to get it working for them as well.

    Has anybody tried hooking up a japanese PS2 HDD with a modded american PS2?
