there are things called vga boxes (usually has RCA input, some models even have component input) where you can play any external source on a monitor.

I have a similar question, is it possible to play ps2, xbox or gamecube (or all) games on pc without having the console?

If so what are the requirements of your pc to play?

    1) A tuner card is the best way to do this, then you also get TV on your PC.

    2) Search - PS2/Xbox/Gamecube Emulator
