PS2 Slim paper and tissue mod problem?

    Ok... heres what I did. On the part of the PS2 you have to open up the case, I put a few layers of scotch tape and then covered that up with some electrical tape for back up. Then where you put the tissue inside the cd drive, I put that in the right spot. When I boot up my PS2 some games spin normally with the flip top open and some want to stop, but then start up again. Also when its open the games won't load or play at all. What have I done wrong here?

    HEy....
    You need to disable your disc brake on your case. It's that white pad to the top right of the spindle. Take the cover off again and look underneath for a little spring that the pad is attached to. The discs should spin freely now....
