    1) How do you know which VERSION of PS2 you have by simply looking at it? My PS2 was bought about 4 years ago (at $299 or so), and has the CD/DVD tray that slides out in front.
    2) Once some kind soul explains how to tell me which version I have, am I correct in understanding that all I would need is Swap Magic disks (correct version, of course) to play backed up PS2 games, with NO modchip?
I have no problems backing up PS2 games using DVD Decrypter, but what good are the back-ups of games I own if I can't use them in my PS2!

[bold]Simplified[/bold]: How do you know which version of PS2 you have, and once you figure out which version you have, and without installing a modchip, is SwapMagic all I need to use those backups?
