My wireless keyboard and mouse decided not to work after i restarted the computer and hasnt worked since. Im using windows xp and on the start up screen where you choose a user name and type in your password, the mouse works up until you click on your user name and then freezes and the keyboard wont work at all....i have tried other ps2 keyboards and no success but a USB mouse does work. i dont want to go out and buy a usb keyboard because i just bought the wireless combo. i can get into the system set up by pressing delete and can navigate without a problem....any suggestions?
I know XP has plug n play and is supposed to recognize any new device but why don't you try the setup cd it came with. See if that doesn't work
