Hey People. I am trying to get my PS2 to boot from Either Swap Magic 3.3, HD Loader or HD Advance. It just won't do it! I have the Silver Edition and everytime I try to get it to boot from a burnt CD (Swap Magic or HD Loader) It comes up 'Please Insert a Playstation or Playstation 2 format Disc' I read on the info for HD Advance that you don't need a chip. Why won't it boot?

All I want to do is run HD Advance to boot it to HD and play games from HD since the PS2 has a major laser failure problem.

sure, none of them need a mod to run, BUT THEY HAVE TO BE ORIGINAL. You can't expect a burnt copy to boot right up.
