I have a fairly simple problem... I'm trying to upgrade my PS3 HDD, I misread (I guess) and bought a 3.5" instead of a 2.5"... I've ben looking around and hgeard of HDD Extenders, however I haven't been able to find out much about what they are/what they do, or any other way to get this hard drive to work. I assume I could buy a sata cable and just hook it up outside going in. However I don't really want a HD just kind of sitting there... So if anyone could help I'd apperciate it.

It doesn't look like theres anything else but you could always jerryrig it somehow by using a sata cable and a power cable and maybe cut a hdd holder out of a older computer case. I guess which is basicly the same thing just it doesnt have that little hdd holder. DIY is fun and cheaper ^^
