Ok, my PS3 recognises my WMP11 server and I can see all my videos on my PC. I use PS3 Video 9 to convert my videos into the correct format. Here's the weird bit... when I try to open them through the media server, my PS3 recognises them as mpeg-2 videos and says they're 'corrupted'. However all those identical files are recognised as avc files and work when I play them off my flash stick... WTF? Lol, but seriously, any light shed is much appreciated.

You dont need to convert them, when its streamed its automatically changed to mepeg-2 and thats why its showing up as that. Odds are it has to do with something with wmp trying to stream the ps3 format. Just get the original videos and try streaming then.
