ps3 support phone always busy???

    I have been trying and trying to call sony to get my ps3 repaired and its always busy does anyone else have this problem ???


    The number i am calling is 1 800 345 sony (7669)

    try at later hours i have no trouble calling them
    have you ever called them in teh past making rude comments? : )

    just keep calling. they always have this "epiencing a large number of calls" thing. call them like 5 times in arow, you'll eventually get through.

    Odd, my call went through in about 5 or 10 mins and it was around 5pm. Just bad luck I suppose.

    Sometimes I really dislike Sony.. They've done this to me before when I was trying to figure out something with my HDTV.

    I figured out that they block calls from internet phones but i found away around it thanks for all your help

    no problem . what was worng with it any way ? the disk drive?

    yes it stopped reading disk after a month of use.
