hi, i recently got a psp slim version 3.71, im gonna update it to 3.71 m33-2 so it can be compatible with homebrew. i need to know, when putting a game in iso/cso format on the memory card, do i need to install any software on the psp to run the game in iso/cso format? or do i just put the game how it is in the memory card and run the game, because i hear about all these programs like kernal and fastloader.

Well, those are only if you have 1.50 firmware ^_^

If you have a custom firmware, put the game in the X:/ISO (Where "X" is your PSP memory stick drive) folder of your PSP ^_^

You'll have to put them in the X:/PSP/GAME folder ^_^
Also, while downloading an emulator, juz check whether it will work for slim ^_^
http://dl.qj.net/Emulators-PSP-/catid/111 is the best site for emulator downloads for the PSP ^_^
