hi, i just have a question about psp internet conection. in my house, i have a lynksys wireless router that is password locked so that my neighbors wont leech off me. the router is hooked to my other computer and my laptop uses it too, ofcourse my laptop has the password so that it can get connection.

so my main question is that how would my PSP connect to my router if my router is password protected.

The PSP supports the following types of protection for your WLAN:

    WEP
    WPA-PSK (TKIP)
    WPA-PSK (AES)

Your Router has to be using one of those, if it isn't you can just change it, I recommend the WPA-PSK's as they are MUCH more secure than WEP which any script kiddy can hack nowadays.

You just enter in the password into your PSP when your setting up the connection protocols.

Yes quite obviously, they have to match exactly so make sure you don't mistype them
