2- where can i find the guide to create a pandora battery and MS stick with the C+D team tools, i used the easiest guide found here
but when i checked the "DOWNGRADE GUIDES FOR ALL FIRMWARES" threads i couldnt find the pandora_slim and pandora_slim% files on my MS

1- The slim comes with either 3.60 - 3.70 - 3.71 and so on UP
2- if you dont have a PSP with CFW you cant create a pandora so easily!

    mainly the thickness yeah,
you can put a fat battery in a slim :)
just follow the guide to make the fat battery a pandora,
then put the magic memstick in the slim,
then put the pandora battery into the slim
then press x when the menu appears :)
    (this will install 3.71m33-2)

after the process finishes it will ask you to press x to shut the psp down,do it
then start the slim up in recovery mode, go to advanced then select format flash 1 and reset settings
    thats it you're done :)
