My little brother let my PSP fall on the floor and now it won't turn on. The guarantee is expired so i'm thinking about opening it and seeing if i can do anything about it. What should i look for when i'm inside?

Thanks for all the help :)

It won't turn on at all? Or does the green LED light up?

No light turns on. I can't be sure of the model because I don't have it with me right now, but I think it's a 1000.

If no lights turn on the model number is quite irrelevant, because it is no software brick. If it really is a PSP 1000 though I wouldn't bother trying to repair it, these models are 5 to 6 years old, you can't know how long they will last if you manage to get them fixed. I'd maybe open it up and check all connections, but that would be about it.
