psu fans

    just been looking at some psu and a lot seem to have a fan on the bottom as well as on the outside blowing out whats the purpose of fan on the bottom

    My PSU has a fan on the bottom and the only thing i can think its for is to blow air out of the PSU and into the case

    but what would be the point in that as it is would be hot air

    i think the fan on the bottom of the psu pulls air from the case and the one on the back blows air out of the psu , creating a cooling effect for the psu ..... yeap thats what it does just checked

    whats the best site to buy from what does no charge a rip off delivery charge. a few sites would be ideal but if you just know one then post it PC world is a rip off

    novatech ain't to bad , but then again depends what you're after, i know what your saying about pc world they really take the urine ;)
