I was wondering if there was a way to burn a PSX disc to DVD, because my PS2 cannot read CD's. I know how to put a PS2 CD Disc and reformat it to DVD, but I couldn't use that method with PSX discs. So is this possible? And if so, how do you do it?

AFAIK there is no working method. Mainly because the modules on a PSX disc only support CD based booting, so if you insert the disc the PS2 won't recognize the format. I think the only way it will work is if someone made different modules for PSX games allowing them to be recognized as PSX dvd's on the PS2.
