    in tmpgenc, other settings, video; is there a significant difference among highest quality, normal and poorest quality.

    [bold]BIG[/bold] differance among highest, normal, poorest quality. I know this while experimenting with TMPEnc using DVD2SVCD. Always chose "best possible video setting" for any encoder your using to make (S)VCD backups. Time process takes much longer, but well worth it after viewing your final product.
