Depending on the size,but my average is about 5-10 minutes each way. I go through a crosswire and a gigabit NIC so there's no bottleneck.....plus running at 2.4 on the pc side helps too.
same here it only takes me about 5-10 minutes to send the game from my xbox to my pc. i am using my old microsoft wireless router(not the wireless part) that stopped working with my cable modem. so i just use it like normal router. you should try using a crosswire cable or buy a linksys mini router and that should speed up things. also if you are using flash fxp go to http://www.xbox-scene.com/articles/speed-up.php nice guide on how to get more speed when trying to ftp the xbox.
