I have a sony TV that was made in 1991 and the remote control is lost years ago. If i get one of those master remote controls, what would i need to do in order for it to work on my TV? I have the model number and serial number, is that all i need or will i need more? And is 1991's TV too old for those new master remote controls?
    thanks

I think a Sony 1991 TV would work fine.

Anthony, the booklet that comes with the master control, will have a multitude of codes, for different televisions. They will have instructions on how to input the codes, but it is trial and error to get the code that best fits your Sony.
