Is this a decent one DVD-R to purchase? I have a Sony pc and was wondering if this would be a good one to buy.

I was also wondering if they were easy to install, because i've never had to install anything like this....Should I just replace my current DVD drive with this?

    Thanks.

My Sony Vaio RA820G uses a Pioneer DVR-108 internal burner. If they put it in their high end computers, it should be fine for you. NEC 3500 would be a good alternative. Check prices at Newegg.com
