I just downloaded a movie with uTorrent and ot went to the folder in Rar format. It was 3 folders labled CD1 - CD2 & CD3 which held the multiple Rar files.

I used WinRar to get them into 1 AVI and then Nero Vision to transfer the AVI to DVD for my home player.

I now have the 3 DVD's able to play in my DVD player. However I have to use 3 separate disks to watch the movie.

Is there any way I can combine all 3 CD's into 1 full movie?

Use Avijoiner to join the 3 avi's together then burn to disk.

Put all 3 into NeroVision and use the 'Merge' option.

the first question is how big are all three of the files togeather? you could convert the avi file with convertxtodvd and thain use dvd shrink to shrink to fit on a single layerd dvd, or if you have a dvix player you could just burn the dvix to dvd as data, good luck

If you already have the movies in DVD form, just open DVD Shrink, go to 'Reauthor' mode and then drag-and-drop any 'main movie' which is in the three DVDs into the Re-authored DVD window.

At the end of your work, you'll have three titles under the DVD structure:
    Title1
    Title1(2)
    Title1(3)

(supposing the main movie is in Title1 of any DVD).
Then click 'backup'. DVDShring will merge and compress the resulting output on a DVD5, if the needed room exceedes 4.3 Gb.

Unfortunately neither ConvertX nor DVDShrink will actually 'merge' them in the true sense like Nero Vision will. Nero Vision will create one titleset, not 3 separate ones on one disc.

The 3 original AVI's could also be merged into one using one of the many permutations of VirtualDub before conversion to DVD.
