rar. files

    i recently doawnloaded a music torrent but it came in .rar form. media player won't reconize it. does any one know how to listen to it or burn it. thanks

    Don't bother paying for Winrar when [bold]ExtractNow[/bold] and [bold]7-Zip[/bold] are both free. They can both do the job of decommpressing and un-encrypting any commpressed files. Even though 7-Zip has some advanced features, like commpressing in the [bold]7z[/bold] compression format, I reccommend ExtractNow because its easy to use (if all you want to do is uncommpress RAR files).
