   I just got a rca lyra av jukebox and i dont know how to format the movies before putting them on to the rca lyra av jukebox. please someone help me????????

   Also the rca lyra av jukebox guide says: video supported file formats avi. then it says supported video codec format mpeg4-sp. I have no clue what that means??? PLEASE someone help me.
