Not sure if this is the right place for this, but I would like to take a video of a concert and re-author it for 6.1 surround sound.
    1) Is this possible?
    2) How would I go about doing it.

    Thanks in advance!!

If the original has 6.1, then it's easy. If not, forget it, unless you want to spend a ton of money on fancy software like Steinberg that will sort of do it.

Would 5.1 be the same situation? I have ProTools that I can use. Would it be able to accomplish it? If I imported the same track 5 times into in and then set up a series of low- and high-pass filters on it diffuse out different frequencies is there a program that would burn it in 5.1 or 6.1?
