You need to give us some info,
    What are your system specs,
    What burner are you using,
    What software have you installed,
    Are you multi-tasking,
    Is your anti-virus turned off,
    have you de-fragged lately,
    Have you run adaware,
    Do you have spybot,
Is your firmware updated for your burner.

So you see, we need a little more info before we can help!!

    Kind regards,
    pulsar

Anti-virus has to be off as it interferes with the whole process. I hope you are not using the internet, spybot is like adaware. do a google search for it. Are you multi tasking & have you the latest firmware for your burner?
Failing that have you tried your burner in another PC?
Have you tried another drive to read the discs with?

With Disney movies, the problem could be the Interactual Movie Player.

It is a nasty piece of software - do not install this player and if already installed remove from your system using the Add/Remove function in Control Panel.

Ignore the Interactual prompt after loading DVD and open the DVD in Shrink.

Well remembered, I completely forgot about that dreaded "interactual" bogus software. Nice one!
