IM trying to get this thing running but Platinum does not recognize my burner. It says, Select burner and the pull down is BLANK!! I go through prog files, PC SETUP and the error message tells me thatmy PATIN COUFFIN driver is to old and i need to reinstall it. Where or how do I do that.
I am new to this so I would need specific instructions. Im running Win ME if that makes a diff. My system does meet all the requirements though. Any help is appreciated

    Hi semperf1,

Here's a link for your Patin-Cauffin driver (It's about the center of the page.)

    http://www.mrbass.org/dvdrip/

Just download it on your C:\ drive.

Go to your Device Manager and uninstall your burner and then reboot your PC and let your PC reinstall it.

You should uninstall your XCopy then reinstall that also –

    That should do it.

If your XCopy is a RF version then go to 321Rip and download that proggy and open it in the same folder as XCopy and you'll be good to go :)

Here's the link for that -

    Cheers,

    Pete
