redoing a dvd

    I get my movies from a guy but this movie was really messed up ,buzzing in the background and very blurry ,is there a way I can fix this with any program?

    Oh by the way mary I don't believe there is any program that will fix an already bad copy of a movie, but I could be wrong. If there is I sure would like to know what it is also.. Anyone?

    chances are, if you are goin to fix this, you are going to need some seriously expensive software and tons of time to get it corrected.

    sounds like you might need to actually purchase this one!

    I dont wanna start a flame war, in a public forum but you seem to wanna keep pushing me.
