my computer has a virus known as isass.exe.
and whenever i turn it on it will show me the windows loading screen with that little blue loading bar then ask me how it should boot (normal, safe mode, last working configuration) no matter which one i choose it will just load to a black screen and then an error message will come up saying isass.exe system error and restart my comp.

how can i delete everything on my hard drive without actually logging into my comp?

if have windows cd then boot off it & format the hd. i would delete the partition & make a new partition before formatting the hd but that is me so is up to you. if have recovery cd or partition on hd then let it do it's thing & you'll get back to factory settings. remember that you'll loose all info no matter which way you go.
