I have left my iPod connected to my computer for at least a week or more straight now while it was in disk mode. Even though it says "Do Not Disconnect" I have been turning on and off my computer like normal. This time when I turned on my computer, instead of iTunes starting at startup like normal, all I got was a popup saying that I had to reformat my iPod for it to be usable with Windows. So my question is: Will I lose all my music if I reformat my iPod or will I be ok to go ahead and do it?
