Relationship between dvdrip bin file size and ability to get it working?

No, this isn't a piracy post, just to clear it up. I let my friend borrow Virtua Fighter 4 and I get it back scratched like you wouldn't believe. I tried that Game Doctor cleaner, but it doesn't help. So I downloaded the DVDrip. I unRAR it and load up Nero. I get an error "loading the cue sheet: line 1" The bin file is approximately 800MB in size. Does it matter that I'm burning the cue to a 700MB cd-R, or is bin size independent of one's ability to burn the cue to cd-r? Or is the file just corrupt?

    Thanks,

    -Stephen
