hi guys please help if you can. i have hunted for a related topic or forum but can't find one.

i recently started having problems with my 320gb hdd so i got a 160gb and reinstalled windows on to it, i used the old hdd as a slave and just deleted all the old crap off it, the 320 hdd was in 2 partitons a 50gb and a 250gb, the 50gb was my old c drive with all the program files and the system 32 file, anyway i want to format this partiton but it won't let me because of an exe file which is for adobe flash player helper, i tried changing the name and seeing if it would let me delete it then but it won't, i have tried tube up utilities shredder and that didn't work. i just want to format this partion so i can't safely store my music on it.

al help and suggestions are greatly appreciated, thank you in advance
