Removing stray hairs from digital photos?

    Anyone know how I could do this? I searched a bit, but most of what I found was of different professional studios that do retouching, which isn't what I want. Any suggestions for good programs would be awesome. Thanks!

    You can download a free trial Ulead Photo Express-it has a manual touch-up brush,etc

    Thanks! I downloaded the program, but do you know how I actually go about removing the stray hairs? It's actually just one that goes across the face...I saw a "beautify skin" option, but I don't think that's it...

    EDIT: never mind, figured it out. :)
