removing the xbox harddrive power cable

    Hey. Im totally new to this, I dont actually own an xbox, im just working on my friend's. I need to know how to get the hard drive power cable out. It seems too solid in there to just yank out, and I really dont want to break anything because its not mine. PLMK

    It's in there pretty good. You have to kind of work it out. Grag one corner and push out, then the other, and so on.

    you can use a small screwdriver and pry each side out by using the drive as leverage. dont pey on the wires, just the plasticon the connector, and do it evenly, a little out at a time on each side, dont try to pry it all out from only 1 side.
