Is there a utility that can do this?

I've got a memory card save titled "Ratchet and Clank Arsenal" (99% complete, USA version) that I'm hoping to rename to "Ratchet and Clank 3" (UK version) so that my new UK copy of the game will load the saved game from the USA copy.

I don't really want to start from scratch again to get to where I am.

Even if I find a way to rename it, is changing the name enough to get it to load?

I've googled...but only a utility for the PSX.

So do uk/usa games use a different memory card format?

The only difference afiik between the games is the name.
