Resizing program needed for dvd coverz

    I need a good resizing program that supports loads of formats cause I currently use the one that comes with nero but it doesnt support certain formats or if their is a way around this could you please let me know.

    Why not just use MSPaint that comes with windows XP??

    It supports Most Graphic formats and can resize them and convert Graphic formats....

    I have roxio easy cd and dvd creator 6, i use the softwares label creator. works fine with scanned covers ive dun or one ive downloaded off of a cover site i know...

    You can do it with MS word if you have it
