Restart problem

    ok so sometime when i restart my computer it doesnt boot.... normally there is a little bip! when i reboot it, but sometime it dont do it and my screen stay black.So what is my prob because it take like 20 restart sometime to make it work!:(

    try another psu to see if still has same problem or not. check the can shaped objects on the motherboard which are capacitors that they are flat topped not domed.
