Ridisc is a brand owned by the Scottish distributor e-net. The idea is probably to make people believe it's a Ritek brand, which would also explain why ridisc.com has ripped off the design from ritekusa.com:
    http://www.ridisc.com/
    http://www.ritekusa.com/

Proof that e-net is behind Ridisc can be found in the domain registrant information for ridisc.com:
    http://www.samspade.org/t/whois?a=ridisc.com&server=magic

So, in short, it's not part of Ritek, and therefore not guaranteed to be made with any of their technology. Riteks in-house brands are Arita (budget), Ridata (mainstream) and Traxdata (premium). Buy media branded by one of these and you're guaranteed to get Ritek.
