I have a dvd that was made from a DV camcorder.I have a vob file where the video locks up at like 5 mins into the video... however when I fast forward past that point, the rest of the video is flawless. I get cyclic errors when I try to drag the file onto my HD. Is there a way to remove the bad content and just splice in the rest of the video. In other words I don't care about the part I'm missing out on, I just want to be able to play the entire dvd. Any help is appreciated! In vegas or Tempgnc? Thanks!

Try ripping the DVD with "DVD X Rescue" or "Bad Copy Pro" or even DVD Decryptor which should Fill Bad sectors with Zero"s.....

These programs Have worked for me when ripping Damaged DVD"s and I have allways been successfull with ripping these Damaged DVD"S...

    Cheers
