I'm getting fatal error in "vts css key". I have tried ripping it with DVDShrink, DVDXCopy, and DVD Decrypter 3.6 or 3.1.6. Any suggestions.

    Thanks

I use dvd decrypter all the time, however when I do have ripping problems I do 1 of 2 things:

    1. Try smartripper
    2. Rip it using my dvdrw drive instead of my dvdrom

One of these usually solves my problem.

Also may have bad areas on the disc, try cleaning it.
I have done john Q with no problems with dvd decrypter.

    hope this helps
