I have some left that I'll be burning before I go to the TY media I bought recently.

The 16x Ritek FI's seem to be reading OK after one year. I've had no problems with them. 99% burned at 8x while a few were burned at 16x. First batch was a Memosux 50 pack I got for Christmas in 2005. Burned them all with no coasters or readability problems, Finished the 50 pack then went back to my favorite media which is Tayio Yuden either 8x or 16x. More expensive but flawless media.

Saw some Ridata 16x (Ritek's brand for the discs)in 100 packs at a local Microcenter one day. Bought two & am very happy with it. Just don't buy any Ritek 8x G05 media. It goes bad within 4 to 6 months of burning. Myself & many other AD users have had the same problem with it so stay away!!

Oh BTW the Ritek CDR's are good too. I've had zero problems with these discs.

Your welcome. As I said the 16x Ritek seems to be good media. Stick around for other replies though.

My burner is a Plextor 716-A with the latest firmware....
