roms and emulation

Hey, could ne1 help me out, imm looking to download roms off romination but i want 2 know that when b4 downloading a rom it says vote, do u have 2 pay when u vote, cos otherwise u cnt get the rom???? plz somebody help and recommend me some good rom sites for mame.!!!

 

No it doesnt cost you anything to vote. That is just to rate other sites. Just download your roms.
