well you kind of already answered your first question, R4/M3. the gba games can be played with a slot 2 card, and yes there is wifi on r4/m3 games that suppose wifi. the search bar also helps, or search through the nds forum, there have been a lot about this.

slot 2 card, which goes into the gba slot, is something like the EZ flash 3-in-1. thats a very good card, supports expansion pack (enabling DS browser), rumble pack and also gba game support, so id go with that. you can buy that at dealextreme.com, but there are others also.

use the edit post button instead of double posting

the EZ flash V is fine, my dad's friend's kid has that one, i helped him set it up. Although id prefer the m3 simpy/ r4, the EZ flash works the same. I think the r4/m3 have more kernel (firmware) updates, and so it will compatible with more games, and is easier and user-friendly than the EZ flash V.

Its really up to you, but i think the r4/m3 is better, but not by much. if you have a few extra dollars laying around to spare, get the m3/r4.
