    Welcome sndea,

What's the name of the movie? My computer came with Sonic RecordNow which is made by Roxio. Not sure exactly how Roxio's Dvd Creator works but RecordNow is very easy to use, I use it most of the time. I also use Imgburn to burn with. Do you have Ripit4me, Dvd Decrypter, Imgburn or DvdFab HD Decrypter? Maybe not. These programs are all free. If you use them usually in combination with one another, they will get the job done for you on just about all dvd's.

You'll have to look around for links to Dvd Decrypter and DvdFab HD Decrypter. You can never have enough tools in your toolbox. I'm sure Binkie has these links somewhere.

DVD Decrypter is not updated any longer and will not be much help unless you are using RipIt4Me. You will need DVD Shrink and DVD Decrypter installed for that program to run.

As far as using your Roxio, I am not familiar with it either. But as orion250 suggested I would use ImgBurn to burn you DVD files.
