Running EVERYTHING from an external hard drive??

    the middle 1, is it the cpu fan, case fan or what?

    that is the case fan for your cpu. do you have or can get 3in1 oil or similar to lubricate the fan?

    i could get it yes but what exactly would i be looking for and where abouts on the fan would i put it?? thanks

    Thats a weird lookin case fan. I personally wouldn't bother with all that. I would just go get a new fan for 5 bucks.

    it's pretty standard fare for a lot of basic PCs, unfortunately they are indeed usually noisy.

    ok this is how it is the more programs that are running the louder it is like when im transcoding files with nero vision it goes really loud....hope that helped a bit

    That is because you are using more CPU power which makes the whole thing hotter. That's why the fan speeds up to keep the heat down.

    It looks dusty. It probably just wants a clean.

    Yeah, I read in a article somewhere that if it it too dusty inside static builds up and slows down the computer a lot. I don't know if that is true, but cleaning it out is a good idea anyway.

    Use canned air, just blow the hell out of everything inside lol.

    lol ok but , where can you buy canned air i've never seen it. im from the UK so i dont know if its just not around over here or i just havnt came across it yet.

    Hmm, canned air over here is about a dollar at walmart. Not sure about UK.

    yep we do :( an xbox 360 is $279 is the us and in the uk its £270 u work out the difference its 3 quarters cheaper over der if its 1.50 dollars to the pound
