my mates sagem box has gone down too , any ideas on how to fix that too

 

what do you mean gone down, can you explain the problem a bit more.

 

he said hes lost all his channels

 

do another scan

does he get the free to air channel like bbc or itv and not the other pay channels like sky sports or sky movies

 

yes he can get free to air only

seems it hasnt autorolled the keys - you can do the following

1 - go to sky sports 1 leave it their for one minute and the keys should autoroll

2 - restart the cam (evocamd) - this is done via the menu - depends on which image you are running.

 

think ill try the second approach , how do i do it mate

 

Try hitting the Blue button then the Blue button again.

The Cams menu might be there (possibly with a Yellow button shortcut)
