Sagem Dbox-all channels gone

    Any help appreciated for a total amateur.

    Done a service scan last week to pick up new channels which worked fine. Switched on tv tonight and got message 'waiting for time' and the 'error channel not available' on all channels. Did a service scan but only got a message saying no channels found. Now looking at blank screeen! Any simple suggestions to get channels back or anyone aware of what the problem is?
