Will it over be possible on PS2 to save onto the hard drive or is this physically impossible. Could a program do this? It would really increase the benefits of getting a PS2 hard drive.

Does no-one have any ideas? Or do you just not want to answer what you may consider a "newbie" question?

You are looking to save what to the hard drive? Save your game progress or save an actual game to the hardrive? If you are looking to save game progress I believe the answer as of now is no. If you want to save a game to the hard drive and play it off the hard drive the answer is yes. There is software call HD Loader that can accomplish this. You will also need a network adapter to attach the hard drive. Info on this topic is all around this forum.

I meant save game saves to the hard drive like a memory card. Thanks for the answer.
